As a mother-daughter team and small business owners, we’ve seen the broken healthcare system from every angle. Working in a financial planning office, we saw the hard numbers up close and realized a scary reality: most working Americans simply aren't prepared for retirement, often because healthcare costs drain everything they have. We started Benefairs to fix a corrupt system that puts profit over people. Using WellthCare, we offer an honest, simple way for employers to give their team $0 copay healthcare today while helping them build a real safety net for tomorrow.

As a small business owner, Jenny knows the endless headache of health insurance all too well. Watching her daughter navigate a chronic illness, while managing business operations and assisting families in a financial office, made one thing crystal clear: The current health and retirement system is failing. She co-founded Benefairs to create the solution she always wished she had for her own family and business. When she isn't helping employers build better benefits, Jenny loves traveling, staying active with Pilates, and enjoying quality time with her family.
Neeley Ferrin
Co-Founder
Neeley's passion for transforming employee care comes from personal experience. After being diagnosed with a chronic illness, Neeley learned firsthand how quickly healthcare costs can overwhelm a family. That experience inspired her to start a nonprofit supporting children facing similar health battles, showing her just how deeply the healthcare system needed fixing. Bringing together her professional background in the financial planning world, and her nonprofit experience, she co-founded Benefairs with her mom to give employers a better way to care for their employees. When she isn't managing operations at Benefairs, you can find her in the kitchen trying new recipes, crafting, traveling, or enjoying quality time with her husband.
